•Define and drive Elastic’s EMEA AWS partnership strategy to deliver joint revenue growth and expand Elastic’s presence in the AWS ecosystem.
•Own Marketplace and revenue growth by accelerating AWS Marketplace adoption, driving co-sell motions, and activating partner channels.
•Lead GTM initiatives including competitive displacement, cloud migration motions, and Elastic’s Agentic AI narrative with AWS field teams.
•Partner with AWS and Elastic EMEA senior leaders (RVPs/AVPs) to prioritize co-sell accounts and drive regional co-sell execution.
•Coordinate cross-functional orchestration with global AWS alliance and marketing leaders, plus product/SA teams, to launch joint campaigns and vertical propositions.

•Demonstrated experience operating across EMEA sub-regions with awareness of commercial, cultural, and regulatory nuances.
•Exceptional ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and align competing priorities at the executive level.
