Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and optimize end-to-end LVSA manufacturing flow across material preparation, assembly, copper/busbar processing, wiring, testing, and FAT.
  • •Create and maintain routings, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, assembly sequences, and standard times.
  • •Design manufacturing workstations; improve ergonomics, safety, productivity, and support line balancing/takt-based flow.
  • •Lead lean/Kaizen continuous improvement to eliminate waste, reduce bottlenecks, and improve labor productivity, lead time, throughput, and first-pass yield.
  • •Partner with Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and Work Preparation to ensure designs are manufacturable (DFM/DFA) and support engineering changes (ECR/ECO) with controlled updates in production.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical field.
  • •3+ years in manufacturing engineering or process engineering.
  • •Experience in electromechanical assembly, switchgear, panel building, or complex industrial products.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; ability to read technical drawings and BOMs.
  • •Experience with ERP/routing/production systems and knowledge of DFM/DFA principles.
