Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer experience in the store per Puma brand values and service standards.
  • •Assist in achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
  • •Process sales transactions accurately and securely at checkout.
  • •Maintain store cleanliness and comply with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • •Assist with incoming and outgoing merchandise and adhere to policies, procedures and safety requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.6 - 20.6 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in a customer service-focused retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
  • •Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • •Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store systems and processes (MS Office basics).
  • •Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
  • •Demonstrates responsibility for processing sales transactions accurately at checkout and maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising guidelines.
