Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in transition planning, due diligence, and knowledge acquisition; validate MFT architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • •Document SOPs, runbooks, and a Known Error Database (KEDB), and support reverse shadow and shadow support phases.
  • •Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Axway MFT components; manage onboarding and certificate management.
  • •Configure file transfer workflows, routing rules, security policies; tune performance and manage capacity.
  • •Monitor MFT environments, respond to incidents and service requests, troubleshoot connectivity/authentication/encryption/transfer failures, and support high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with Axway MFT Suite, including Axway SecureTransport, Axway CFT, Axway Gateway, and (optional but preferred) Axway Sentinel.
  • •Experience administering Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server environments.
  • •Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2 protocols, plus SSL/TLS, PGP encryption, and PKI concepts.
  • •Database knowledge (Oracle or SQL Server).
  • •Basic scripting using Shell, PowerShell, or Python, with experience automating routine administrative tasks.
