Assistant General Counsel

Manage legal support for commercial matters, including contracts, marketing, and the dealer channel, while overseeing intellectual property (patents and trademarks). Handle general litigation and pre-litigation claims with a focus on litigation risk mitigation, plus real estate matters. Partner with outside counsel, advise business and function leaders on legal risks, and support legal department strategy, policies, training, and continuous improvement.
