Human Resources Business Partner

Provide generalist HR partnership to client departments at the local level, handling performance management, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and employee communications. Support managers and team leaders with coaching and people management issue resolution, and facilitate end-to-end recruitment with Talent Acquisition. Deliver HR projects and training support, maintain compliant HR policies, manage onboarding paperwork, and produce people statistics and ad-hoc reports for operational stakeholders.
