Key Responsibilities

  • •Support safety procedures, report equipment non-conformities and potential threats, and follow emergency procedures.
  • •Observe and prevent product quality and quality system non-conformities, and assist with continual improvement activities.
  • •Complete manual machining and supervised CNC machine operation as needed, including recording component dimensions with precision measuring tools.
  • •Assist with tooling design by generating CAD models and detail drawings in SolidWorks, supporting reverse engineering, and maintaining/releasing CAD data for manufacturing.
  • •Support shop operations by maintaining cleanliness, maintaining manual mold documentation, organizing documents, scanning for archive, and assisting with related data entry and reports.
