Oversee and enable Employee Resource Groups, evaluate programs for alignment with “For All,” and plan and execute the annual Global UNITE Conference. Partner with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to strengthen talent pipeline and leadership development, using analytics and benchmarking to optimize initiatives and report quarterly to senior leadership.
