Lead and grow the Massachusetts water practice, overseeing multidisciplinary water and wastewater projects, mentoring staff, improving delivery performance, and building a high-performing team to support continued growth across New England. Collaborate with regional leadership on growth initiatives, recruit and develop future leaders, and influence practice operations toward Area Manager, Operations Leader, and Practice Leader roles.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multidisciplinary water and wastewater infrastructure projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases
•Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across concurrent programs
•Mentor project managers, engineers, and technical staff
•Support recruiting and succession planning as the practice grows
•Build strong client relationships and support strategic pursuits

Key Requirements

•PE license required
•10+ years of municipal water/wastewater consulting experience
•Proven project management and team leadership success on complex infrastructure programs
•Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
•Familiarity with MassDEP permitting and regulatory requirements preferred
