Key Requirements

  • •An engineering degree or technical program diploma in Naval Architecture or a related technical field from a recognized university or college.
  • •Expertise with industry standard Naval Architecture tools and standards (SOLAS, LSA, ISO, IACS, etc.).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience as a people or resource manager.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
