Ensure smooth auction and store operations by handling customer-facing paperwork, processing and auditing retail/wholesale deal documentation, and managing auction and appraisal transactions. You’ll support accurate titles, payoffs, and funding documentation while performing cash management, deposits, reconciliation, and clerical data entry. In a fast-paced environment, you also help train new associates, assist multiple departments, and follow EH&S requirements while maintaining CarMax standards for integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through paperwork processes.
•Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
•Manage auction and appraisal transactions to ensure accurate titles, payoffs, and proper documentation for funding.
•Handle cash management tasks such as receiving payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining security protocols.
•Train and mentor new associates and support store operations while maintaining accuracy and following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 23.3 hourly
