Work with MariaDB’s Professional Services team to lead database deployments and integration projects for customers. Key Responsibilities

•Lead database deployments, including design, configuration, migration, and integration.
•Conduct architectural reviews and recommend improvements for high availability and scalability.
•Perform database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and health checks to maximize reliability and efficiency.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding scaling, architectural improvements, and database best practices.
•Create and deliver technical documentation, project plans, and reports, and mentor customers and internal teams on MySQL/MariaDB best practices.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience with MySQL/MariaDB.
•Proven end-to-end expertise in database migrations.
•Extensive experience leading database deployments (design, configuration, migration, and integration).
•Strong experience conducting architectural reviews and recommending database optimization for high availability and scalability.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create technical documentation, project plans, and reports.
