•Lead and mentor mid-level and junior engineers on traffic engineering projects, including smaller standalone tasks or portions of larger projects.
•Conduct data collection, microsimulation model development and calibration, and traffic forecasting to support analyses and recommendations.
•Present technical findings to internal teams, clients, and the public, and prepare technical memoranda and reports.
•Coordinate workload projections and collaborate with discipline leads across multiple offices to optimize workshare opportunities.
•Support business development activities, including identifying project opportunities, marketing clients, and assisting with proposals and recruiting efforts.

•BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

•Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM, and HCS software including model calibration/validation (preferred).
•Project management experience and ability to mentor junior staff (preferred).
