Job Summary

Partner with leaders across the business to develop and drive talent and people strategies, including performance management, talent development, org design, and employee engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor and bridge between business leaders and People Ops teams, coaching managers 1:1 and leading large-scale change. Use data and talent metrics to inform real decisions, build contingency plans, and improve the employee experience through continuous improvement. On-site role at corporate HQ with travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with assigned departments to co-create people and talent strategies across attraction, engagement, development, coaching, and retention.
•Coach managers and leaders 1:1 with timely, honest feedback and support in hitting commitments.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to anticipate needs, recommend solutions, and build contingency plans for ongoing momentum.
•Run talent needs assessments, stay ahead of internal and external trends, and prioritize key initiatives.
•Track performance against talent metrics and support performance management, career paths, and change management to improve the employee experience.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in Business, HR, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred.
•5+ years in Operations Leadership, Talent Development, OD, HR, Training, or a related field.
•2+ years partnering with senior leaders on talent initiatives, including coaching managers.
•Experience with HR tech required (Workday experience is a bonus).
•Ability to travel 25–35% of the time and read, write, speak, and understand English.
