Job Summary

Participate in implementing the site’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) approach, focusing on major risk prevention projects. Support regulatory requirements tracking, risk assessment updates, procedure revisions for major hazards (fire, work at heights, roofs), and action plan follow-up, including DUERP updates. Help animate a strong safety culture through communications, events, and materials, while assisting site projects and relocations alongside the HSE manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the HSE manager in implementing the site’s Health, Safety and Environment policy and major risk prevention projects.
•Assist with regulatory requirements tracking and update risk assessments.
•Update procedures and work instructions for major site risks (fire, work at heights, roofs).
•Contribute to risk analysis improvements, HSE documentation, and follow-up on related action plans, including updating the DUERP.
•Help animate the HSE approach via safety communications, HSE events, and materials for supervisors and employees; support site projects and relocations with the team.

Key Requirements

•Prepare a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program specialized in Health, Safety, Environment or Risk Management.
•Show rigor and a strong sense of organization.
•Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
•Demonstrate autonomy and curiosity.
•Good written communication skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is appreciated.
