Partner with business units as an HR Business Partner within the Global HR & Management team. Apply HR strategy to support business operations, including talent development, competency models, career paths, training programs, and performance management. Key Responsibilities

•Grasp business status and team operations, understand business strategies, and implement HR strategies within business units.
•Define competency models, design employee career development paths, and formulate and follow through talent development plans.
•Provide HR solutions aligned to business development needs, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
•Apply HR methodologies and tools to support HR planning and organizational improvement.
•Establish communication channels to ensure smooth information flow, and support corporate culture building and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in corporate management consulting or in-house HR roles, with hands-on experience in 1–2 HR functions such as HRBP, TA, performance management, training, employee relations, or corporate culture.
•Understanding of internet-based businesses, with curiosity and willingness to learn.
•Able to link HR work to business needs and contribute to business success.
•Capable of global communication and collaboration using collaboration tools to support organizational diagnosis, adjustment, and improvement.
•Bachelor’s degree or above. (Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.)
