Key Responsibilities

•Pursue sales leads and achieve personal sales objectives within the assigned territory for the product range, ensuring receivables are collected.
•Develop and penetrate target markets in the region based on market dynamics; identify potential customers and distributors.
•Support business development and customer management by providing market intelligence to supervisors and teams; coordinate with customer services, supply chain and logistics for order execution.
•Identify, attract, and engage new customers (including distributors); collaborate with process and product developers to pursue profitable new business.
•Provide accurate sales forecasts to support planning of products and services and help meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in field sales within the assigned territory and a history of meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.
•Ability to identify and pursue new customers, including distributors, and to develop a robust sales pipeline.
•Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (customer service, supply chain, logistics) to fulfill orders and ensure smooth execution.
•Strong market intelligence skills with the ability to develop and penetrate target markets based on regional opportunities.
•Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with customers; able to provide operational guidance to internal teams to implement contracts.
