Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement an effective QMS within the organization.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality issues and risks.
  • •Develop and enhance supplier audit processes and contribute to supplier SBR/QBR.
  • •Drive quality investigations using tiger teams for RCA/CLCA and execute 8D for NPI, production, and sustaining.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MS is a plus.
  • •10+ years of related experience in the semiconductor or electronic industries.
  • •Experience in quality engineering in high-tech manufacturing (preferably networking equipment) and working with contract manufacturing partners.
  • •Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO/TL 9000) and the ability to establish quality KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • •Experience with PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, tests/diagnostics, failure analysis and debug; experience with Six Sigma methods.
