Key Responsibilities

•Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
•Coordinate internal resources and third-party/vendors to execute projects.
•Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects to complete on time, within scope, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
•Create detailed project plans to track progress, manage timelines, allocate resources, and meet quality expectations.
•Manage project change control, performance measurement, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and escalate as needed, maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development or project management.
•Experience as a senior software developer/robotics behavioural software developer or project lead with robotics software stack knowledge (e.g., SLAM, path planning, behavioural trees, mapping).
•Experience in project management and in-depth knowledge of software development processes.
•Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in embedded software development.
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
