Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • •Coordinate internal resources and third-party/vendors to execute projects.
  • •Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects to complete on time, within scope, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • •Create detailed project plans to track progress, manage timelines, allocate resources, and meet quality expectations.
  • •Manage project change control, performance measurement, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and escalate as needed, maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development or project management.
  • •Experience as a senior software developer/robotics behavioural software developer or project lead with robotics software stack knowledge (e.g., SLAM, path planning, behavioural trees, mapping).
  • •Experience in project management and in-depth knowledge of software development processes.
  • •Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in embedded software development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
