Job Summary

Provide technical and commercial support to Ocean Division customers by helping them select marine solutions such as ballast water treatment systems, high-speed separators, and heat exchangers. Manage quotations in your CRM, support product selection with customers and the external sales team, and recommend the right products based on customer needs. Build long-term customer and partner relationships while delivering responsive, professional service to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical and commercial support to customers during product selection and quotation.
•Prepare and manage quotations using the CRM system.
•Work closely with customers and support the external sales team to identify the best technical solutions.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
•Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
•At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, purchasing, technical support, customer service, or another customer-facing technical role.
•Experience working with ERP systems (CRM experience is an advantage).
•A solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English.
