Key Responsibilities

  • •Own India’s real estate and portfolio strategy, setting direction, priorities, and deal briefs while execution is handled by the Global Transactions network.
  • •Serve as primary partner to India site leaders to ensure responsive operations, clear reporting, and site-level support.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of site services (facilities, food, transport, reception) using governance frameworks, benchmarks, and SLAs.
  • •Sponsor major construction, fit-out, and expansion projects; define strategy and success criteria while delivery is owned by a Project Director.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing India RESS organization, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and ESG/sustainability agenda delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ total years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •10+ years in management experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace services, or related fields, with growing scope and seniority.
  • •Demonstrated success leading through others across transaction, project management, and vendor ecosystems to deliver complex multi-site outcomes.
  • •Proven financial accountability owning significant operating and capital budgets, with track record of performance.
  • •Deep expertise in commercial real estate, workplace operations, facilities engineering, and end-to-end project delivery.
