Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a dedicated technical advisor to the Recruiting organization, embedded with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to expand what’s possible with Claude in real hiring workflows.
  • •Lead enablement through education: identify and codify recruiter-created skills and workarounds, turn them into reusable assets, and run scalable sessions such as office hours and workshops.
  • •Pair hands-on with recruiters on prompts, skills, and agent workflows—debugging issues and converting support patterns into documentation.
  • •Build fast prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows that can’t be solved through education alone, validating with real recruiter usage.
  • •Collaborate with the AI Council to vet skills into shared tooling and partner with People Products to productionize successful pilots, while creating technical content and fostering community via hackathons and demos.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a technical enablement role (or equivalent builder credibility from shipping real products).
  • •Production experience building LLM-powered applications and workflows, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, and evaluation.
  • •Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, TypeScript) and a pragmatic approach to internal tooling (ship pilots quickly).
  • •Ability to teach audiences without engineering backgrounds by translating AI concepts into practical habits people can apply without you.
  • •Judgment to determine when issues require enablement, support, or new software—along with strong communication skills across recruiters and engineers.
