Job Summary

Design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions to improve manufacturing and enterprise operations. Identify business workflows for AI/automation, build and deploy AI agents that analyze data and execute actions across connected systems, and create scalable orchestration, monitoring, and continuous improvement approaches. Integrate applications, APIs, data sources, and platforms such as MES, ServiceNow, and SharePoint, while using operational data for predictive insights and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise processes that can be improved through AI and automation.
•Design and deploy AI agents that analyze data, support decision-making, and execute actions across connected systems.
•Build automation workflows integrating applications, APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms such as MES, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and reporting systems.
•Develop scalable approaches for agent orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
•Use operational data, logs, reports, and documents for predictive insights, root cause analysis, and smarter process execution.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of experience in software development, automation, systems engineering, or enterprise application integration.
•Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, lab, or enterprise operations environments.
•Exposure to MES, test systems, reporting platforms, or operational data workflows.
•Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, enterprise copilots, or emerging Agentic AI tools.
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field strongly preferred.
