Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage the largest enterprise dealer group relationships end-to-end without constant daily oversight.
  • •Travel frequently (up to 60%) to run quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions with dealer executive leadership.
  • •Create 1–3 year growth plans across finance and digital solutions, translating macro auto industry shifts into dealer-specific needs.
  • •Serve as a brand champion and ensure alignment across dealer executives’ suites, proposals, and leadership expectations.
  • •Establish internal frameworks and SLAs with risk and legal teams, and own monthly business reviews with external shareholders while managing internal/external communications.

Salary: USD 187,300 - 213,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 4 years experience managing teams or people in financial services, or 4 years of auto finance sales experience.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5+ years credit underwriting experience in indirect lending / auto finance.
  • •5+ years experience managing people and/or teams in the auto finance industry.
