Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals while monitoring progress against key targets.
  • •Supervise and coach a high-performing team and provide sales-related feedback under the Store Manager’s direction.
  • •Ensure all company and store policies, procedures, and standards for operations, merchandising, sustainability, and customer care are executed.
  • •Lead customer engagement on the salesfloor and provide coaching/feedback to associates on customer engagement.
  • •Assist with management of labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity and report concerns directly to the Store Manager.
