Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the buy plan for MBO/SIS/Wholesale in the footwear category in line with channel requirements and assigned budget.
  • •Gather customer requirements and feedback and translate them into buys and range assortment decisions.
  • •Track on-time launches and measure sell-through and ROS performance against targets.
  • •Plan the right product range by selecting styles, colors, sizes, and categories aligned to demand and fashion trends.
  • •Manage inventory by monitoring article-level over/under stock and maintaining healthy inventory turnover and replenishment cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •5–6 years of experience in footwear & accessories buying.
  • •Education from NIFT/FDDI or another reputed fashion school.
