Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research, evaluation, and implementation of next-generation AI security technologies and methodologies, including adversarial defense, model security, and secure MLOps pipelines.
  • •Perform security reviews of AI products and proposed designs, identifying risks such as tool-use abuse and insecure agent-to-agent or agent-to-tool communication.
  • •Author AI security standards, guardrails, and reference architectures to provide product and engineering teams secure build/deploy guidance.
  • •Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI security strategy aligned to the organization’s risk profile and business objectives.
  • •Oversee execution of large-scale AI security initiatives to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while fostering adaptability and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in AI/ML security, cybersecurity architecture, or a related field, with proven ability to design secure AI architectures.
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML security, including adversarial machine learning, model security, threat modeling, and secure MLOps, plus familiarity with encryption and secure system design.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale AI security initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams to align with security guidelines.
  • •Ability to translate AI security challenges into actionable solutions integrated with business objectives and risk management frameworks.
