Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and continually assess project HSE activities and site compliance with the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements.
  • •Develop and support emergency response procedures, evacuation plans, and ensure effective inductions, including monthly orientations and daily tool box talks.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address/report violations with recommendations.
  • •Maintain and communicate risk assessments for each task, ensuring findings and recommendations are shared with concerned personnel daily.
  • •Inspect and ensure daily/monthly inspection logging for certified mobile plant, HSE equipment, fire extinguishers, and site tools/equipment; support incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant HSE experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards and ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating findings daily.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates; SAP/ERP knowledge is preferred.
