Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and respond to Suspicious Caller alerts generated through Voice ID Admin Portal review queues, automated alerts, and distributions to ensure rapid turnaround and risk mitigation.
•Conduct comprehensive suspicious caller reviews by leveraging Voice ID Admin Portal, Verint call recordings, and Partner Workstation to assess voice consistency and authentication results.
•Determine outcomes such as confirming legitimate activity, escalating to Fraud, and adding to the Suspicious Caller Watchlist; review No Match outcomes and manage increasing volumes as Voice ID adoption grows.
•Identify root causes of mismatches, including caller identity mismatch, user error, background noise, or enrollment quality, and take action accordingly.
•Produce monthly risk and governance reporting; provide front-line coaching, support UAT testing for enhancements, and collaborate with Privacy, IT, and governance partners.
