Key Responsibilities

•Handle client enquiries via email, ticket, live chat, and phone.
•Educate clients using proprietary trading systems and administrative portals to support an automated self-service model.
•Assist clients in understanding the trading cycle, including funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation.
•Troubleshoot client issues, take ownership, and ensure follow-up through resolution.
•Escalate and coordinate with internal teams such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, Clearing, and other service groups.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•2-3 years of experience in customer service and/or financial services (fresh graduates with strong core competencies may be considered).
•Preferably licensed with SFC for RA type 1, 2, or 3, or able to obtain licensing via paper exams shortly after joining.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Bloomberg and UNIX knowledge and/or basic programming experience is a plus.
•Experience in client services, middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading, and/or fund administration is preferred.
