Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee case allocation and monitor case progress, resolving escalations and removing blockers to ensure timelines, quality standards, and KPIs are met.
  • •Ensure all case handling complies with internal policies, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements, including consistent application of ADGM Court Procedure Rules.
  • •Lead, manage, and develop a team of Case Managers through performance reviews, 1:1s, coaching, mentoring, and development planning.
  • •Oversee day-to-day registry operations and the eCourts Platform, including testing, implementation, and optimisation of system upgrades and releases.
  • •Prepare dashboards and KPI reports, provide insights to the Registrar and senior leadership, and contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • •10–12+ years’ experience in a law firm, court system, corporate legal/compliance department, or similar environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team is essential.
  • •Proven experience overseeing complex casework and operational delivery.
  • •Strong experience driving process improvements and managing digital platforms, with advanced IT and document management system expertise.
