Production Control Analyst

Support enterprise scheduling, file transfer, and automation initiatives that keep critical banking applications running reliably. Monitor system performance, perform root-cause analysis, and help prevent recurring production incidents. Manage batch processing for data warehouse/data marts, develop and maintain operational documentation, and execute testing with change management standards. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business partners, and provide on-call support for business continuity and disaster recovery.
