Key Responsibilities

  • •Use internal databases, surveys, and regulatory reporting to inform associate enablement strategy.
  • •Partner with Data Analysts to leverage Tableau and transform data into intuitive tools for internal and external communities.
  • •Monitor and forecast volunteer engagement to track progress against regulatory engagement targets.
  • •Capture and report volunteerism metrics to assess associate engagement and regulatory qualification.
  • •Iterate, improve, and scale reporting models and KPIs, seeking opportunities to automate, streamline, and document work.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 1 year of experience working for a for-profit company.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in program management and/or project management.
  • •At least 1 year of experience creating and maintaining Tableau workbooks.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of creating and maintaining Tableau workbooks for shared use and/or being certified in Tableau.
