Key Responsibilities

•Lead the execution of talent strategies across a business segment, ensuring alignment with the Talent COE and long-term workforce needs
•Embed RTX values into HR programs to drive culture, engagement and leadership development
•Oversee large-scale organizational effectiveness programs that enhance employee experience and drive business results
•Advise senior leaders on workforce optimization, including role rationalization, succession planning and talent development, and assess cost/impact of structural changes
•Influence leaders on cross-functional team design and best practices to strengthen engagement and performance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,200 - 298,800 annually

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 12 years of relevant HR experience, or advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience
•Strong ability to translate business strategy into organizational and people strategy
•Proven track record leading organizational effectiveness initiatives
•Deep expertise in bringing strategy into action with measurable outcomes
•Experience in leadership coaching and in progressive HR partnering and organizational design
