Key Responsibilities

•Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnose customer issues, translating symptoms into a product issue.
•Implement part or all of the technical solution to the client, per an agreed design and remote support processes.
•Remotely resolve technical issues from end users’ contacts and proactive notification systems.
•Coordinate between departments to provide end-to-end professional solutions for customers.
•Trigger onsite interaction if the issue cannot be fixed remotely; handover to Field Support Engineer.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, College Degree in a technical field (preferred)
•Minimum three (3) years customer service: Remote, Onsite
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Advanced software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices
•Ability to understand and analyze an issue to develop and implement a corrective action plan
