Key Responsibilities

  • •Finds, vets, pitches, signs and onboards vendors to secure best quality, cost, speed, reliability and scalability.
  • •Pitch and onboard vendor partners quickly with clear criteria for initial test periods and scalability if tests succeed.
  • •Manage vendor relationships through onboarding trainings and performance management (WBR/MBR).
  • •Enhance partner operations within existing Quince categories while expanding the supply base and improving product costs, quality and terms.
  • •Collaborate with merchants, procurement and vendor partners on pricing and cost optimization to meet margin targets

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the fine jewelry industry for global higher end retailers or brands
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, or a related field
  • •Deep industrial knowledge of jewel trends, materials and product categories including diamond, lab grown diamond, 14K gold, gold vermeil and silver
  • •Strong negotiation capabilities to secure the best terms with vendors
  • •Ability to analyze internal and external data, vendor performance and product quality metrics
