Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
  • •Improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques and collaborate with Store Management.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Learn and assist across store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •Prefer Senior Secondary School Year 12 / High School Certificate.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Able to work rotational shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
