Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the complete project lifecycle for transmission line, HVDC terminal station, and substation packages.
  • •Establish project execution plans, delivery strategies, governance structures, and communication protocols; mobilize and manage project resources to meet program and contractual objectives.
  • •Manage project interfaces across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, protection, SCADA, telecommunications, and commissioning activities.
  • •Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance, including project controls, risk register management, and recovery/acceleration when baselines are not met.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders, leading governance meetings and ensuring timely issue resolution while supporting contract administration, claims, variations, and change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; Master's Degree or project management qualifications are advantageous.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in power transmission and distribution projects.
  • •Demonstrated delivery experience for at least one major 400 kV / 765 kV transmission line, HVDC, or substation project.
  • •Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • •Proven track record in project controls, procurement, construction, commissioning, and contract management.
