Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety and airworthiness by providing evidence that the system and development process meet design standards and by reviewing subsystem development planning.
  • •Lead/participate in safety analyses (SFHA, PSSA, SSA) and ensure alignment with certification guidance and company processes.
  • •Perform reliability predictions and analyses based on standards and historical data; prepare FMECA and Failure Catalogue for LRU, module and functional levels.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, software and test equipment teams to incorporate reliability and safety requirements into product designs.
  • •Present reliability findings to management and customers and support continuous improvement of development methods

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Communications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
  • •NATO-citizenship due to work on classified projects; an existing security clearance would be advantageous
  • •Enhanced knowledge about aerospace equipment / Line Replaceable Units
  • •Collaboration with multiple engineering domains (hardware, software, test equipment)
  • •Application of DO254 / DO178B/C / ARP4754 standards
