Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce impactful, data-driven narratives to communicate insights for Asia & Middle East Management meetings and senior leadership sessions.
  • •Support Workforce Management leadership in developing analytics to achieve end-state workforce for the Asia & Middle East Technology CIO organization.
  • •Provide strategic inputs to GCIO-wide workforce planning and inform action plans, decision making, and improvements to people metrics.
  • •Identify, visualize, and analyze workforce trends, patterns, and insights to drive operational efficiencies.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and serve as an SME for GCIO/Group workforce data frameworks, applications, and dashboards, continuously improving data processes and insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in enterprise-scale analytics and insights design/creation.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving results in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • •Ability to synthesize complex information to support data-driven decision making for positive business outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of technology workforce management requirements for banks, including external environment knowledge (regulatory, political, competitor, market).
  • •Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with stakeholder relationship management skills.
