Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integrated planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for work packages.
  • •Maintain schedules aligned to program milestones, production readiness, and contractual commitments.
  • •Monitor progress and identify risks/dependencies; escalate issues as required.
  • •Support governance and reporting with accurate status updates and milestone tracking.
  • •Manage control account baselines, budget changes, contract change proposals, and delivery assurance logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated project management experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering or other complex delivery environments.
  • •Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, governance and risk management.
  • •Ability to coordinate and integrate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • •Eligibility to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance; successfully complete a Nuclear Mindset Assessment (defence experience desirable but not essential).
