•Help clients understand which features match their goals and monitor adoption of our products.
•Ensure clients are maximizing use of our technology and provide tech support with engineers as needed.
•Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities to increase value for the client.
•Provide feedback on market trends and unmet needs to influence product roadmap and client-facing strategies.
