Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter accurate vehicle information (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, and make/model/year/mileage/color/options) into AS400 using a handheld device.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and associate/install trackers on vehicles (attach tracker to WO# and install on OBD port or around steering wheel).
  • •Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry, including flagging “no key” cars.
  • •Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Take digital images of each vehicle upon receipt and assist on sale days by driving vehicles through auction sales lanes when needed.

Key Requirements
