Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategy, planning, and execution for assigned projects across a statewide portfolio.
  • •Manage and coach consulting managers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and meet commitments.
  • •Serve as the senior escalation point, making timely decisions and communicating portfolio performance, financial outlook, risks, and dependencies to senior executives.
  • •Manage customer expectations by establishing clear commitments, communicating risks and tradeoffs, resolving concerns, and maintaining alignment across engagement lifecycles.
  • •Drive financial management and growth, including revenue/profitability tracking, budgeting/forecasting, and identifying upsell and new build opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,400 - 192,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional services/consulting/leadership experience leading mid to large-scale application development projects.
  • •Strong end-to-end application development lifecycle knowledge (discovery through continuous improvement).
  • •Significant change management experience including stakeholder alignment and sustaining adoption.
  • •Agile and Scrum experience using Azure DevOps as the technical management platform.
  • •Leadership experience with profit-and-loss responsibility and an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (master’s a plus).
