Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide after-hours call-out assistance and call back availability when rostered on duty.
  • •Perform overnight field trips to service breakdowns, conduct fault finding, and carry out repairs.
  • •Install, repair, and maintain compressors and complete technical preventative maintenance.
  • •Promote and sign up medium to long-term customers under Air Cover preventative maintenance plans; pass sales leads to sales staff.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and HSE compliance activities, complete required documentation and timesheets, and keep service sites clean and tidy.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade qualifications Cert III – Fitter and Turner with a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of compressors or similar equipment is essential.
  • •Ability to communicate technical and product information to customers (internal and external).
  • •Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including determining root cause.
