Job Summary

Implement Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace solutions by scripting and configuring the ServiceNow-based EAM platform to meet client requirements. Develop web services, customize ServiceNow modules, and build platform components using Business Rules, Workflows, ACLs, and data import/transforms. Integrate with third-party tools via REST APIs, support Service Catalog, and improve user experiences using Service Portal and UI Builder, including unit testing and peer code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in implementing Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace products using the Global Services Delivery model.
•Develop and configure web services within the ServiceNow-based EAM platform and perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis across modules.
•Build and maintain platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, and ACLs.
•Support and enhance Service Catalog solutions and create/improve user experiences using Service Portal and UI Builder.
•Integrate the platform with third-party tools using REST APIs and scripted REST APIs, and perform unit testing, validation, and peer code reviews.

Key Requirements

•Over 4+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
•Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript.
•Understanding of core ServiceNow components and configuration practices.
•Knowledge of fundamental database concepts.
•Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and HTTP; experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
