Job Summary

Staff Product Manager for Relationship Growth owns strategy and end-to-end roadmap for brand-side engagement tools within Faire’s two-sided marketplace. You’ll lead cross-functional work across design, engineering, data science, marketing and GTM to grow retailer-brand relationships, apply AI to wholesale tech and martech, and drive durable growth in relationship LTV.

Key Responsibilities

•Own strategy and roadmap for Relationship Growth, defining multi-year direction for brand-side tools and their value to retailers and Faire.
•Lead efforts to raise the bar on growth-driving tools and programs where the current ceiling is too low.
•Partner across the full EPDD and GTM teams (design, engineering, data science, marketing, account management, PMM, brand sales) to land high-stakes go-to-market initiatives.
•Shape how brand-driven communications fit within the Faire ecosystem and determine what belongs in brand-driven vs. Faire-driven channels.
•Set the direction for how AI reshapes wholesale tech and martech tools, including what to build, buy, or differentiate on.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience.
•Direct marketplace experience with cross-functional collaboration.
•Experience running a small business inside a company, with strategy and execution across growth, marketing or CRM being a plus.
•AI-first mindset and practical experience applying AI to product workflows and tools.
•Proven zero-to-one product experience with ability to define metrics and drive build-learn-iterate cycles.
