Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including consolidation and financial statement preparation across multiple entities with intercompany and foreign currency activity.
  • •Manage non-revenue accounting areas: operating expenses, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and equity accounting.
  • •Oversee accounts payable and provide lighter-touch oversight of accounts receivable through the AP/AR Specialist.
  • •Lead and develop a team of two to improve close speed, reliability, and scalability.
  • •Lead end-to-end audits for non-revenue areas and partner on technical accounting with external advisors and internal leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of accounting experience.
  • •Owned the close and general ledger in a multi-entity environment without a controller reviewing every entry.
  • •Strong US GAAP knowledge to make accrual, cutoff, and capitalization calls and explain them to auditors.
  • •Experience taking accounting areas end-to-end through an external audit, with audit-ready workpapers and schedules.
  • •Comfort working in a modern finance stack (including AI tools) and being fast/accurate in Excel.
