Key Responsibilities

•Provide commercial lending support to commercial relationship managers, including daily clerical functions to maintain office and document processing.
•Review and fund loans, assist with maintaining relationship manager portfolios, and clear loan, collateral, deposit, credit exceptions, and past-due items.
•Authorize payment and fees of commercial client overdrafts and approve/process withdrawals on lines of credit.
•Coordinate with clients and external parties (attorneys, insurance companies, and title companies) to support the client relationship and loan closing activities.
•Assist in ordering appraisals, flood determinations, UCCs, and work with OFAC; train on loan documentation/funding and LaserPro.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of experience in a Client Specialist position.
•5+ years of customer service experience in the banking industry.

•Experience supporting commercial clients and maintaining client portfolios with attention to loan, collateral, deposit, and credit exceptions.
•Familiarity with loan documentation/funding and related client-relationship processes, including supervision of closing activities.
