•Own the end-to-end data, insights, and measurement ecosystem enabling SMB acquisition strategies and scalable revenue growth.

•Create trusted marketing and customer data frameworks to enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making.
•Translate customer, marketing, and revenue data into actionable recommendations for forecasting and long-term acquisition planning.
•Develop and empower analytics, data operations, and solution architecture leaders to deliver measurable outcomes across the Growth organization.

•12+ years leading growth or marketing analytics, marketing engineering, data infrastructure, or related technical marketing functions in complex organizations.
•Demonstrated success using data, insights, and measurement frameworks to improve acquisition performance and marketing investment outcomes.
•Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL, API integrations, and modern cloud-based analytics environments.
•Deep knowledge of marketing technology and analytics ecosystems, including Marketo, Snowflake, CRM platforms, attribution, CDPs, and BI tools.
•Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead high-performing technical teams in matrixed enterprise environments.
